How to install your eSIM with Voye Global
Buy your plan
Buy on voyeglobal.com or in the Voye app (iOS and Android), in euros. The QR code arrives by email and stays available in your account, on the site and in the app. After the first purchase, 100 MB are free to test the eSIM in your own country.
Pick your destination
Choose your destination and your data plan.
Scan the QR code
Scan the QR code from another screen (on iOS 17.4 and later, a long press on the QR code is enough), over good Wi-Fi. The QR code scans only once and the eSIM cannot be transferred: do not delete it after the trip, turn it off. Voye suggests renaming it "Voye" (it may show up as "Webbing").
Get connected
The plan only starts on arrival, when you turn on the eSIM and data roaming on the Voye line: the 100 MB trial does not eat into your validity.
If something goes wrong

Turn Airplane mode on and off again. Check that the eSIM from Voye Global is selected for mobile data in your settings. Turn data roaming on. Restart the phone. If nothing changes, switch network selection to manual and pick another operator.
Voye recommends turning off Wi-Fi Assist, iCloud Drive and iCloud Backup in the iPhone's cellular settings, which download in the background without Wi-Fi. The account's "My Usages" page shows the purchased plan's usage, and an alert arrives at 80%.
On a first purchase, the QR code arrives by email and can be found in your account, on the site and in the app. On later purchases there is often no QR code: the plan is added to the Voye eSIM already installed, just turn it on there with data roaming.
